Every baby is such a blessing, but to see how excited Jack and Jackie were about finding out they were going to be parents just brought us all so much joy. I knew this photo shoot had to be super special, so we made the hour and a half drive up to this beautiful and dreamy location. We had about 30 minutes of light and that was all we needed. Look how stunning Jackie looks she is the epitome of glowing mama.

You might not believe me if I told you this but this day was sooooo gloomy. Super gray and overcast and it looked like it was raining not too far away. But I knew we didn’t even have an option to re-shoot because my schedule was already slammed pack with the holiday season. I am so glad we didn’t. I reassured Emily even if it was cloudy it actually meant we could shoot longer with softer light. Look at how cute Emily and Matt were. Seriously couldn’t have asked for a better session. These two killed their session.

So like I mentioned previously, I do photograph this family every chance I get.  On this special occasion it was actually Lucas birthday, but just like his sister he was quite camera shy. That never stops me from getting some beautiful images. I like to take my time with the kids to warm up to me. Once they do I know I have such a small window before the are completely over photos all together. Still one of my favorite family sessions to date. Look at how great they all look.

The Gonzalez family wanted to surprise their mom with photos of the grandkids. She had been asking for photos of them for a while and they finally wanted to surprise her for her birthday with some printed photos. Honestly that is every grandma’s dream gift. To have a display of photos to show off her grandkids to anyone and everyone that comes to her house. I was so happy to be a part of that and have some fun with their family.

Usually a lot of my clients will ask me if I pick out the locations or if they have the option to shoot at a location they love. The answer is both, whichever you prefer. I know some of my clients have no idea where to even start to look for a location that would be beautiful for photos. But sometimes my clients have a vision for exactly what they want and I love that too. I love shooting new locations because it inspires me. This park is absolutely beautiful and has become a favorite place to getaway and go for a nice family nature walk.

Every photographer has a comfort zone, usually I hate to get out of my comfort zone. But then again who does like change. Well I am sooooo glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and did a session with full sun at 4 o clock in the afternoon. I was so nervous that I wouldn’t be able to get dreamy photos with harsh lighting but I actually found that it’s totally workable and we created some BOMB images. These two are the cutest and I am so glad we were about to take some beautiful pictures for their anniversary.

Can I just say I love “love”. I especially love when my clients book me for a whole day because I get to do a bonus session and do their engagement photos. I feel like engagement photos are so important. Sometimes your actual wedding day just flies by and it’s so nice to have these beautiful images that will compliment your wedding photos to be displayed in your home. ALLYN + AMY’S PREGNANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Usually I get to be in on the surprise but this time they surprised me. My best friend Amy wanted to do a session to celebrate their marriage anniversary. Which if you know me I am always super excited to work with my best friends, like hello? YASSS! Imagine an 8 month pregnant woman sweating already just taking pictures but on top of that my best friend was so sneak and announced to me that she is expecting and she actually wanted to shoot her pregnancy announcement. (That was the longest run on sentence ever, sorry Mrs Miller if you are reading this). This was our dream when we became friends we always talked about raising our babies together but more importantly we talked about being pregnant together. And finding out our dream came true just made me soooooo happy.

Bright Family

You guys this home and property is GOALS! It’s in the middle of Naples tucked away near the highway so you could get anywhere you want in 10 minutes. PLUSSSS it’s insanely gorgeous and carefully constructed with beautiful details. The best part is that they get to live on the same property with their families. GOSH that would be a dream for me. I love how close this family is and you can clearly tell it starts with the parents trickling down to the siblings and cousins. I love seeing other families as close as mine. It’s such a beautiful thing and I absolutely loved capturing their photos.

But I remember seeing these two and thinking, wow it would be so sweet to have a little boy who thinks the world of me like Zen. He just loved his mama so much. He was so sweet and cuddly, it melted my heart so much.

ROSELIA’S MATERNITY

Roselia is one of my loyal clients that has become a family friend so I just absolutely love shooting with her. I was so happy when she asked me to take her maternity photos for her last baby. I wanted to make it so special for her and took her to this beautiful beach. It’s always so private and romantic to me. Occasionally my husband will tag along and the four of us always get along so well we didn’t want the night to end we even grabbed dinner together afterwards.
