I have stated this many times before but you guys, I photographed the real life Ken and Barbie’s wedding. Ian & Kim are one of the most beautiful couples I know and I cannot wait to photograph them with their future babies. Seriously imagine how beautiful their family is going to be one day.
From the moment we did the walk through on this insanely gorgeous home (is it really a home when it has 4 stories with a top balcony over looking the beach, umm okay more like mansion) my mouth dropped. It was absolutely stunning. When I arrived the girls were having a great time getting pampered and enjoying drinks. While the guys were getting ready the floor above us in the most bachelor man floor you could imagine. Everyone was just enjoying the day, and I know they probably didn’t believe me when I told them but this was the most fun I had with a bridal party. From the guys taking a celebratory shot out of the bottle before walking down and the girls popping champagne and break one of the flutes so one of the bridesmaids did the most logical thing, she chugged it so she wouldn’t waste perfectly good champagne.
I would have to say my favorite two moments from their big day was when Kim’s dad saw her all dressed up for the first time in her wedding gown. Gosh if my fingers weren’t so busy snapping away I know I would have ugly cried because I am such a daddy’s girl. And then when Ian saw Kim walking towards him. It’s the reaction every girl dreams about her whole life. It was such a beautiful day for a beautiful couple.

It was so beautiful to see everyone that Alina & Tom loved all in one place celebrating their love. Everything about this wedding deserved to be printed in a magazine. The attention to detail was beyond beautiful. Even in the middle of holiday season the weather was so crisp and refreshing for all of their guests that traveled near and far. It was a nice tropical escape for their loved ones.
It was such a big deal for Tom and Alina to have their little girl be a part of their special day. I can’t wait for her to look back on these photos one day with her parents. Their day was filled with so many beautiful moments: Tom seeing his bride for the first time as she walked down the aisle, their sweet hugs in between talking to their guests and the parent dances always have me in my feels.

I think it’s so amazing and special to do a vow renewal. It seems even more special to me than a wedding. It’s beautiful to see after being married you still want to show your spouse how committed you still are and that you are even more in love with them that you want to celebrate your love again. I felt so honored to be a part of this special day since I knew Shay + AJ had been wanting to renew their vows ever since I met them. I’m so glad they were finally able to and I was able to capture that huge moment for them. Congratulations, wishing you many more years of love and happiness together.

Allison + Matt will go down as my most relaxed bride and groom ever. This is such a big deal because I always like to remind my couples that at the end of the day you won’t remember if you were missing a peony at table three but you will remember the memories you created on your big day. So don’t stress the little stuff, what’s done is done on your actual day and no wedding every goes off so perfectly. I mean that, no wedding. Matt + Allison just wanted to enjoy their day with their loved ones. And they did, and so did everyone else. My favorite part had to be when Allison started singing out the lyrics to Taylor Swift as loud as she could at the reception with her best friends. Low key, I was singing right along with them. That’s a moment that they will cherish forever.

Everything was planned so perfectly from the beautiful florals to the beautiful harp musician playing as Gabriela walked down the aisle. I wish these two a beautiful life as their families become one.

Elopements are very near and dear to my heart because my husband and I eloped. It’s a little ironic because I shoot some really beautiful weddings and I love it. But there is also something so sweet and romantic about eloping. It’s such a private and intimate affair. Just your closest friends and family celebrating your love. I personally know Yani + Tony very well and if they had everyone they cared about or who cared about them they would need a venue that seats 500+ persons. They are just the most genuine and loving couple and I know everyone would want to be there for them. But this day was for Tony + Yani to enjoy without greeting 500+ guests. It was perfect in every way. From the romantic lights, to the lush greenery to the beautiful weather that was sunny yet breezy (which is a FL miracle as we are approaching summer).I feel so blessed that I was able to be a part of such a special day.
